This is a descriptive, analytical and scientific work which covers the archaeology of Kopia from the 8^th century BC to 4^th century AD. It tries to understand the history of glass in the pre indo-roman contact glass manufacturing site of Kopia which produced more variants of coloured bubble free glass and transparent glass than any contemporary glass industry.
